About Jonny
Jonny Staub is a Canadian radio and television personality. He started his career as a traffic reporter at CHYM–FM in Kitchener, ON, on May 15, 1997. He has achieved success across Canada, and at age 22, he was the youngest DJ in a major time slot in Vancouver. Jonny is the first person to come out on air doing their own show in a major market commercial radio station. He is actively involved in charity organizations including “Thank Dog I Am Out” rescue society and “A Loving Spoonful” society focused on providing food to those who are in need due to suffering from HIV and other illnesses. Jonny is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness, and uses his position in the media to educate about the importance of taking care of mental health. |
