About Dawn
Dawn is the Vice President, Client Solutions in Vancouver. She has a passion for establishing and cultivating new business relationships, and facilitating client success by working with organizations to identify the best service offerings from Optimum Talent’s extensive portfolio. With a varied background in executive recruiting, human resources, marketing, market development, and office administration, she has gained the expertise to engage corporate clients and truly understand the challenges they face in an ever-changing business environment. In her current role, she oversees the Career Transition line of business in the Vancouver office. She works with corporate human resources to coordinate the outplacement process of both large-scale and individual departures to ensure that each person is handled with the utmost dignity and respect. Dawn is also an onsite consultant supporting both human resources as well as the impacted individual shortly after termination. Dawn has held key roles in industries such as forestry, manufacturing, executive search, and worked briefly with VANOC (Vancouver Organizing Committee for the Winter Olympic Games). Prior to Optimum Talent, Dawn was a consulting associate for a boutique career management firm in North Vancouver, BC. where she recruited for professional and technical roles. Dawn is a member of the CPHRBC and is the Conference Chair for the CPHR BC Conference in 2021. She is also a long-time volunteer for the Heart & Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon. |
